Depicted is Kaumari, the female counterpart of Kumar (Kartikeya). She is one of the Saptamatrikas (the `Seven Mothers’), which group was very popular in the Kathmandu-valley.
Below her is the peacock, the typical mount of Kartikeya/Kaumari.

Belonged to the same temple as the strut with Indrani.
