Mahamantranusardini is one of the five Pancharaksha-goddesses. This group was (and still is) immensely popular in the Kathmandu-valley.
The attributes in her twelve hands are not exactly acording to the Sadhanamalla. A very strange and intriguing detail is the small head in top of the vase on her lap! In her lower-left hand the sword is broken.
